【摘要】:ThispartofISO4254specifiesthegeneralsafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofself-propelledride-onmachinesandmounted,semi-mountedortrailedmachinesusedinagriculture.Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.ThispartofISO4254dealswithsignificanthazards(aslistedinAnnexA),hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttothisagriculturalmachineryusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicableto?tractors,?aircraft,?air-cushionvehicles,or?lawnandgardenequipment.ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicabletoenvironmentalhazards,roadsafety,electromagneticcompatibility,ortothepowertake-off(PTO)driveshaft;neitherisitapplicabletomovingpartsforpowertransmissionexceptforstrengthrequirementsforguardsandbarriers(see4.7),nortovibrationexceptinrespectofdeclarations.Itisnotapplicabletohazardsrelatedtomaintenanceorrepairstobecarriedoutbyprofessionalservicepersonnel.
