【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofmaintenancestairsandplatformswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandmaintenanceandhandlingagencies.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesto:--self-propelledmaintenancestairsandplatforms;--towablemaintenancestairsandplatformsequippedwithpoweredmeans,e.g.forheightadjustment,stabi-lizers,designedforaircraftmaintenancepurposesincludingaccesstotheaircraft(ExamplesseeAnnexA).)NOTE1Poweredshouldbealsounderstoodasmanualeffortstoredinspringsorhydraulicaccumulators,etc.,thedanger-ousactionofwhichcanbeproducedorcancontinueafterthemanualefforthasceasedordirectlyappliedmanualeffortforliftingorloweringloads.NOTE2ThoseclausesofthisEuropeanStandardthatcanapplymayalsobeusedasaguidelineforthedesignoftowablemaintenancestairsandplatformswithoutpoweredmeans.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:--maintenancedockseitherfixedtothegroundormoveableonlyfordockingprocedure.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletomaintenancestairsandplatformswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehi-cles)andEN1915-4.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO11890isoneofaseriesofstandardsdealingwiththesamplingandtestingofpaints,varnishesandrelatedproducts.Itspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthevolatileorganiccompound(VOC)contentofpaints,varnishesandtheirrawmaterials.ThispartmaybeusedwheretheexpectedVOCcontentisgreaterthan15%bymass.WhentheexpectedVOCcontentisgreaterthan0,1%bymassandlessthan15%bymass,ISO11890-2shouldbeemployed.Thismethodassumesthatthevolatilematteriseitherwaterororganic.However,othervolatileinorganiccompoundscanbepresentandmightneedtobequantifiedbyanothersuitablemethodandallowedforinthecalculations.
