【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardestablishesprinciplesforthequalificationandcertificationofpersonnelwhoperformindustrialnon-destructivetesting(NDT).Theterm'industrial'impliestheexclusionofapplicationsinthefieldofmedicine.ThesystemdescribedinthisEuropeanStandardcanalsoapplytootherNDTmethods,ortonewtechniqueswithinanestablishedNDTmethod,providedacomprehensiveschemeofcertificationexistsandthemethodortechniqueiscoveredbyEuropean,internationalornationalstandards,orthenewNDTmethodortechniquehasbeendemonstratedaseffectivethroughaformalqualificationcarriedoutinaccordancewithCEN/TR14748.NOTE1Wherevergenderspecificwordssuchas"his","her","he"or"she"appearinthisstandard,theothergenderisalsoapplicable.WhencertificationofNDTpersonnelisdefinedinproductstandards,regulations,codesorspecifications,itisrecommendedtocertifythepersonnelinaccordancewiththisEuropeanStandard.NOTE2Themethodologyfor"Approval"ofNDTpersonnelisnotspecifiedinDirective97/23/EC[4]anditwasagreedthatguidancewasrequiredinordertoensureaconsistentapproachtotheapplicationoftheDirectiveandtheimplementationofWorkingGroupPressureguideline6/13[5]byRecognisedThirdPartyOrganisations(RTPO).AsaresultaCodeofPracticewasdevelopedasTechnicalReportCEN/TR15589[3].Thecertificationcoversproficiencyinoneormoreofthefollowingmethods:a)acousticemissiontesting;b)eddycurrenttesting;c)leaktesting(hydraulicpressuretestsexcluded);d)magneticparticletesting;e)penetranttesting;f)radiographictesting;g)ultrasonictesting;h)visualtesting(directunaidedvisualtestsandvisualtestscarriedoutduringtheapplicationofanotherNDTmethodareexcluded).
