【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforliftingbagsystems,whereintendedoperationisinflationbycompressedairandusedprimarilybyfireandrescueservices.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoliftingbagsystemsincludingsomeorallofthefollowingcomponents:?hoseassembliesandcouplings;?regulators;?controldevices;?pressureindicators;?safetyvalves;?liftingbags.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoliftingbagsystemsintendedforoperationunderambienttemperaturesbetween-20°Cand55°C.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenancearisingfromaliftingbagsystemwhenitisusedasintendedandundertheconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesminimumperformancerequirementsandtestmethodsforliftingbagsystems.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishtheadditionalrequirementsfor:a)operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeenvironmentalconditionssuchas:temperaturesoutsidetherangefrom-20°Cto+55°C,corrosiveenvironment,tropicalenvironment,contaminatingenvironments,strongmagneticfields,potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres);NOTE1Ifuseoftheliftingbagsystemisforeseeninsevereconditions,thisshouldbeagreedbetweenthepurchaserandthemanufactureratthetimeofordering.Inthiscaseanadditionalriskanalysisshouldbecarriedout.Additionalmeasuresandadditionalinformationforusemaybenecessary.b)riskdirectlyarisingfromanymeansforhandlingortransportationoftheliftingbagsystembyequipmentotherthanthatdesignedaspartoftheliftingbag;c)liftingbagsystemsmanufacturedforspecializeduse,e.g.theliftingofpersonsorheavyrecoverywhereexceptionalstrokemovementisrequired;d)anyhazardarisingfromthesourceofcompressedair,exceptwherethisisamanuallyoperatedairpump.NOTE2Wherethesourceisfromanaircompressororfromapressurisedcylinderorothersimilarsource,itisassumedthatthesourceconformstoanappropriateEuropeanStandardorlegislation.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotdealingwithnoise,asitisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazard.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoliftingbagsystemswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationbyCEN.
