【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC11179providesinstructionfornamingandidentificationofthefollowingadministereditems:dataelementconcept,conceptualdomain,dataelement,andvaluedomain.Itdescribesthepartsandstructureofidentification.Identificationisnarrowlydefinedtoencompassonlythemeanstoestablishuniqueidentificationoftheseadministereditemswithinaregister.ItdescribesnaminginanMDR;includesprinciplesandrulesbywhichnamingconventionscanbedeveloped;anddescribesexamplenamingconventions.Thenamingprinciplesandrulesdescribedhereinapplyprimarilytonamesofdataelementconcepts,conceptualdomains,dataelements,andvaluedomains.When"administereditem"isusedinthispartofISO/IEC11179,itisunderstoodtoreferspecificallytothesefouritems.ThispartofISO/IEC11179shouldbeusedinconjunctionwiththosethatestablishrulesandproceduresforattributing,classifying,defining,andregisteringadministereditems.InAnnexA,alloftheexamplesaregivenwithEnglishterminologies.However,thereisanintentionthatthoserulesbeeffectiveinothernationallanguages,eveninthoselanguagesthatuseideographssuchasJapanese,Chinese,orKorean,whentheterminologiesusedinthenamearecontrolledproperly.AnnexBcontainsaversionoftherulesforAsianlanguages.Itisoutofscopeofthenamingrulestoestablishsemanticequivalenceofthenamingamongdifferentlanguages.Namingmustbesupplementedbyothermethodssuchasontologiesorcontrolledvocabulariesinestablishingsemanticequivalence.

【摘要】:Unmannedaircraftpresentuniquechallengesforapplicantsandexaminers.Unlikemannedaircraft,inwhich,regardlessofthesizeandcomplexityoftheaircraft,therearestillbasicsimilaritiesinconceptsandoperations,unmannedaircraftarevariedinbothflightcapabilityandpilotinteraction.Manyaspectsofunmannedaircraftoperationsareautomated,andthepilotsmaynothavethesameinformationavailabletothem(thatis,pitchandbank)thatpilotsflyingmannedaircrafthaveavailabletothem.Thiswillcreateasituationinwhichsomeunmannedaircraftsystems(UAS)willnotbecapableofmeetingalltherequirementsofthispracticeorwillnotrequirethesameskillsetsthatmannedaircraftrequire.Theexaminerwillhavetodecidewhichtaskstheapplicant''sUASwillbecapableofcompletingandtestthosetasks.Asrequired,theexaminerwillnoteanylimitationsasaresultoftheUASbeingincapableofperformingataskontheapplicant''scertificateper14CFR61.45(b)(2).Iftheapplicantdesirestohaveacertificatewithnorestrictionsorlimitations,he/shewillneedtouseaUASthatiscapableofcompletingallthetasksinthispractice.Informationconsidereddirectiveinnatureisdescribedinthispracticebytheuseofx201C;shallx201D;andx201C;mustx201D;indicatingtheactionsaremandatory.Guidanceinformationisdescribedintermssuchasx201C;shouldx201D;andx201C;mayx201D;indicatingtheactionsaredesirableorpermissivebutnotmandatory.AlistofacronymsisinSection3.Thispracticeincludestheareasofoperationandtasksthatwilldemonstratethepilot''sabilitytoflytheunmannedaircraftsafelyandproficiently.1.1Thispracticedefinestheknowledge,skills,andabilitiesrequiredofunmannedaircraftpilotstobeabletoflyunmannedaircraftx2014;single-engineland(SEL)inthenationalairspacesystemsafelyandforhire.1.2Thecommercialunmannedaircraftsystems(UAS)pilotpracticalteststandards(PTS)-unmannedaircraftincludetheareasofoperationandtasksthatwilldemonstratethepilot''sabilitytoflytheunmannedaircraftsafelyandproficiently.1.3Thispracticedoesnotapplytopilotswhowillflymini/smallunmannedaerialvehicles(UAVs)forhirewithinvisualrangeofthepilot,mini/smallUAVsbeingthoseUAVslistedaslightlyregulated.1.4ThispracticeprovidesaPTSintendedtomeettheCivilAviationAuthorityx2019;s(CAA)requirementsforissuingcommercialUASpilotauthorizations.1.5Thevaluesgivenininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
