【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardcontainstherelevantfunctionalrequirementsforgaspressureregulatinginstallationsformingapartoftheservicelinesingassupplysystems.Itisapplicabletothedesign,materials,construction,testing,operationandmaintenanceofgaspressureregulatinginstallationswhichformapartoftheservicelineforthesupplyofresidential,highrise,publicaccess,commercialandmixedusebuildings(seeEN1775)andforwhichthemaximumupstreamoperatingpressureisequaltoorlessthan16barandthedesignflowrateisequaltoorlessthan200m/h(normalm/h).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytogaspressureregulatinginstallationscommissionedpriortothepublicationofthisstandard.BasicsystemrequirementsforgaspressureregulatinginstallationsarecontainedinthisEuropeanStandard.Requirementsforindividualcomponents(valves,regulators,safetydevices,pipes,etc.)orinstallationofthecomponents,arecontainedintheappropriateEuropeanStandards.Forgaspressureregulatinginstallationsformingapartofservicelineswithdesignflowratesofmorethan200m/h(normalm/h)orforamaximumupstreamoperatingpressureofmorethan16bar,EN12186applies.TherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardarebasedongoodgasengineeringpracticeunderconditionsnormallyencounteredinthegasindustry.Requirementsforunusualconditionscannotbespecificallyprovidedfor,norareallengineeringandconstructiondetailsprescribed.TherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardarebasedonthephysicalandchemicaldataofgaseousfuelsinaccordancewithTable1ofEN437:1993forfirstandsecondfamilygases.Forgaseousfuelsheavierthanairadditionalconsiderationsmaybenecessary.TheobjectiveofthisEuropeanStandardistoensurethesafeoperationofsuchsystems.Thisdoesnot,however,relieveallconcernedoftheresponsibilityfortakingthenecessarycareandapplyingeffectivequalitymanagementduringthedesign,constructionandoperation.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiescommonbasicprinciplesforgassupplysystems.UsersofthisEuropeanStandardshouldbeawarethatmoredetailednationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticecanexistintheCENmembercountries.ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtobeappliedinassociationwiththesenationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticesettingouttheabovementionedprinciples.Intheeventofconflictsintermsofmorerestrictiverequirementsinnationallegislation/regulationwiththerequirementsofthisstandard,thenationallegislation/regulationshalltakeprecedence.
