【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinestheproceduresfornoisecontrolofmainlyopenplants.Itisapplicabletothefollowing:—specificationofproceduresfornoisecontrolduringengineeringofanewplantandmodification/extensionofexistingplants(constructionnoiseproceduresareoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandardbutshouldbeconsidered);—definitionofresponsibilitiesofpartiesinvolved,viz."end-user","engineeringcontractor"and"equipmentsupplier";—descriptionofgeneralprocedurestoarriveatnoiserequirementsforindividualequipment,onthebasisofoverallnoiserequirementsfortheplant.Aschematicflowchart,reviewingthenoisecontrolprocess,ispresentedinannexAandasummaryofactionitemsispresentedinannexB.NOTEConcerningspecificengineeringmethodsfortheacousticdesignandanalysisofplants,useshouldbemadeofotherstandardsandtextbooks.
