【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthegeneralpropertiesofthepolyethylene(PE)compoundsforthemanufactureofpipes,thephysicalandmechanicalpropertiesofthepipesmadefromthesecompounds,andtherequirementsforthemarkingofsuchpipes,intendedtobeusedforthesupplyofgaseousfuels.Itdealswiththreetypesofpipe:?PEpipes(outsidediameterdn)includinganyidentificationstripes;?PEpipeswithco-extrudedlayersoneitherorboththeoutsideand/orinsideofthepipe(totaloutsidediameterdn)asspecifiedinAnnexC,wherealllayershavethesameMRSrating;?PEpipes(outsidediameterdn)withapeelable,contiguousthermoplasticsadditionallayerontheoutsideofthepipe(“coatedpipe”)asspecifiedinAnnexD.ThisInternationalStandardalsogivesguidanceonacalculationanddesignschemeonwhichthemaximumoperatingpressure(MOP)ofthepipesisbased.Thepipesareintendedtobeburied.NOTEForabove-groundapplicationofpipesconformingtothisInternationalStandard,thepipesneedalwaystobeprotectedbyacasingpipe.
