【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthestructure,performance,inspectionandtestingofheadingcontrolsystemstobeinstalledonboardcraftoperatingunderthefollowingconditions:a)speedexceeding30knandupto70kn;b)maximumrateofturn20°/s;c)normalrangeofoperationbetween70°Nand70°Sshould,asrequiredbychapter13oftheHSCCode,complywiththeminimumperformancerequirementsspecifiedinthesestandards.ThisInternationalStandardappliestotheheadingcontrolsystemswhichenableacrafttokeepapresetheadingwithminimumoperationofthecraft'ssteeringgear,withinlimitsrelatedtothecraft'smanoeuvrabilityinconjunctionwiththeirsourcesofheadinginformation.ThisInternationalStandardassumestheuseofaconventionalarrangement.Whereotherarrangementsareprovided,therequirementsofthisstandardshouldapplyinsofarastheyareapplicable,andappropriatejustificationprovidedwheredeviationfromtherequirementsisnecessary.Theheadingcontrolsystemsshould,withinaspeedrangeofupto30knots,complywithresolutionA.342(IX),andwithinaspeedrangeof30knotsto70knotsshouldcomplywiththerequirementsofthisresolution.NOTE1AllrequirementsthatareextractedfromtherecommendationsofIMOResolutions[ResolutionA.822(19)onperformancestandardsforautomaticsteeringaidsforhigh-speedcraft,A.694(17)andA.342(IX)]areprintedinitalics.NOTE2Theheadingcontrolsystemwaspreviouslycalled"automaticsteeringaids(automaticpilot)".NOTE3ResolutionA.342(IX)representsResolutionA.342(IX)asamendedbyMSC.64(67),Annex3.
